Dr Richard Robinson - CCG Chair

Dr Robinson qualified in Manchester in 1997, remaining in the North West after graduating and starting as a GP partner in Accrington in 2004 at Peel House Medical Practice.
Julie has held a number of senior NHS positions including Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Public Health in PCTs.
Kirsty has worked in the NHS for 25 years. She joined as a trainee accountant and completed her training in 1996 when she became an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Alex has worked in the Health and Social Care system for the last 30 years, the first 16 years within Social Services departments before moving across to the NHS in 2004.
Kathryn has worked for the NHS for 29 years and has a keen interest in patient safety and quality.
Dr Mark Dziobon has recently been appointed as Clinical Director for Performance at the CCG.
Dr Rakesh Sharma was appointed Clinical Advisor and Governing Body member on 1st October 2019.
Dr Mackenzie is a GP at Haslingden Health Centre and Senior Partner at Drs Mackenzie and partners. He qualified at Manchester in 1983 and has a BSc in Medical Sciences from St Andrew’s University in 1980.
Dr David White was appointed as Clinical Advisor and Governing Body member on 1st October 2019.
Dr Santhosh Davis is the GP lead for the Burnley locality and practises at the Burnley Wood Medical Centre.
Dr Paul Taylor (MB, ChB, FRCP, FRCR) joined East Lancs CCG Governing Body in February 2016, as the secondary care (hospital) doctor. Dr Taylor has over 30 years of experience, knowledge and insight which will help the CCG ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.
